Mentorship
×Each intern will be provided with a mentor, who is available to meet 1:1 to discuss onboarding, acclimation to the organization, and provide support through daily and/or weekly check-ins
Your Application & Interview Process
×Applications: Open internship positions will be posted to our website in March
Interviews: The interview process takes ~2 weeks.
- The initial interview is with a University Recruiter to learn more about our culture and potential projects you would work on. We encourage you to ask questions to determine if you’d like to spend your summer with us.
- The next step is a technical assessment (if applicable, depending on the role).
- The next conversation is with the Hiring Manager, and is your chance to explain your experience and passion for learning.
- The final step is meeting 2-3 team members to discuss problem solving abilities and answer any questions you may have.

“Working as a software engineering intern at Automation Anywhere for the past few months has been such a rewarding experience. I think one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed my internship so much was because I was never treated as “just an intern”. I know some software engineering interns at other companies are assigned a personal project they work on for the entire summer, but this wasn’t the case for me at Automation Anywhere. I was given tasks to complete every couple weeks just like every other team member. This gave me a lot of valuable experience because I really learned what it meant to be a productive member of a software engineering team on a day-to-day basis.”
